All purchases made through Scotland Ice Hockey—including event registrations, tickets, merchandise, apparel, and digital products—are FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless explicitly stated otherwise by our team.

2. No Refunds for Event Cancellations or Changes
Scotland Ice Hockey does not issue refunds for any reason related to:

If an event is canceled or modified for any reason, no refunds will be provided unless our team specifically notifies participants otherwise.
3. Team-Approved Exceptions
Any refund, replacement, or credit will be issued only at the discretion of the Scotland Ice Hockey Cup team and only in situations where we explicitly communicate an approved exception.
If an exception is granted, it will apply only to the specific circumstances outlined by our team.
4. Merchandise Sales
All merchandise and apparel purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, color differences, or buyer error.
Defective or misprinted items may be eligible for replacement only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo proof. Replacements are issued at our discretion.
5. Digital Products & Online Purchases
All digital downloads, virtual content, and online offerings are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
